LDC-E1401 — Language version is withdrawn

What it means

Language lines have a support lifetime: older lines are retired, and new sources must be written against a line the compiler still reads. A file that opens with a withdrawn language version is not reinterpreted under the new rules — history stays as written — so the check stops at the language line itself.

The repair is an explicit move: update the language line and re-verify every result under the new version. There is no silent upgrade path.
