anchors
For LLMs2 sections
How model nodes are pinned to the source text. Each row binds a node to a fragment (anchor) and resolves the act and the locator through the fragment’s edition. An anchor proves that the author pinned a passage. It does not prove that the passage says what the rule claims, or that the pinned edition was in force for the case at hand.
