norms

The norm templates of the snapshot: the modality of each norm, the goal_kind of its goal, and the condition_predicates — the predicate names the goal condition mentions. The list is names only; the shape of the condition lives in the model behind the identifier. A norms row proves the template exists, not that its position is active.
