# Power forms from the corpus

Samples from different domains, each with the package identifier, the act, and a verdict.

## 1. Exemplary: the constitutional power to limit rights

Package `tr.constitution` — Constitution of Türkiye (`RestrictFundamentalRight`):

```law
rule FundamentalRightRestrictionPower(organ: StateOrgan, restriction: Restriction, right: FundamentalRight) strict {
    when legislative_organ(organ);
    when restriction_targets(restriction, right);
    then power RestrictFundamentalRight {
        holder organ;
        exercise restriction_enactment_attempt(organ, restriction);
        valid_when restriction_constitutionally_admissible(restriction, right);
        effect restriction_has_legal_effect(restriction);
    };
```

Verdict: exemplary. All four mandatory elements; `valid_when` is
the substantive admissibility condition; nearby (lines 544, 633) —
`SuspendFundamentalRights`, `RestrictForeignersFundamentalRights` in the same
form.

## 2. Exemplary: a series of quashing powers

Package `su.union_treaty_1922` — 1922 Union Treaty:
`CECCancelUnionCouncilDecision`, `PresidiumCancelUnionCouncilDecision`,
`CECCancelCommissarOrder`, `PresidiumCancelCommissarOrder`,
`UnionCouncilCancelCommissarOrder`.

Verdict: exemplary. An organ's competence is the canonical subject of `power`;
the series shows the form scaling without variation in meaning.

## 3. Exemplary: a power with a delegation subject

Package `uz.constitution` — Constitution of Uzbekistan (`FormUnionPower`):
a power with `subject InterstateUnion;`.

Verdict: exemplary. `subject` is a repeatable field
for the delegation subject check; unrelated to the position status,
but needed by the delegation check.

## 4. Exemplary: termination on a failed probation

Package `uz.labor_code` — Labour Code of Uzbekistan
(`RastorgnutPriNeudIspytanii`).

Verdict: exemplary. A private-law power in the same
exercise/valid_when/effect scheme.

## 5. Exemplary: immunity with an open window floor

Package `fiqh.nikah` — Islamic jurisprudence of marriage (`FinalBondSevered`):
an immunity with `window [@0001-01-01, infinity)`.

Verdict: exemplary. An open floor instead of a bare boundary name —
avoiding the `LDC-E2115` trap.

## 6. Disputed: valid_when over a judgment relation

The `valid_when breach_material(s, c)` form over an `external judgment`
relation (`PenaltyRule`). The answer is
`NEITHER` + `REQUIRES_JUDGMENT`, which is correct, but the author must
check `evaluation_status`, not only `truth_status`.

Verdict: disputed. The form is legal; reading the answer is a common mistake.
