# Immediately — an assessment of performance

## Intention

I want to keep the word “immediately” as an assessment when the source does not set a numerical term.

Below is a standalone example of a performance assessment: without a numerical term in the source, “immediately” stays an assessment, not a deadline.

## Incorrect form and why it stays silent

Removing the evaluative premise turns the notice fact into proof of performance: the counterfactual scene yields Established without a court answer. A separate static mutation removes authority from the channel and gets LDC-E0201.

## Counterfactual

## Pitfall

A ready legal conclusion in a premise would prove what was merely said. Deleting prompt_response from the body yields Established prematurely, without any assessment.
