# Norms with an open window

A missing deadline is an open window: the goal interval ends in infinity rather than a date. The first query lists exactly those norms; the second lists the closed ones for contrast, with their dates.

An open window is a legitimate state, not a defect: answers to questions carry no deadline. A question about what is owed by which date for a concrete case still goes to the case tools.
