# LDC-E1380 — Presented dependency not declared by an import

This warning means the resolver context presents a dependency that the source
file does not declare with `import`. The dependency still enters the CLIR
envelope; it is not dropped. Align the explicit imports and the supplied
resolver context. Severity is always warning.
