# LDC-E1358 — Ask world escapes the lock closure

## What it means

Not triggerable in a hermetic recipe.

A case question runs against the closed world: the profile lock draws the boundary, and a question reaching past it is refused before any evaluation (`LOCK_CLOSURE_CODE` in the ask flow). Reaching it needs an ask profile — a case package with a lock, a registry index, and a question — while hermetic recipes run single files and single snapshots. If you meet the code in real output, read it as "the question leaves the locked world" and narrow the question or widen the lock.
