# lawref.population_bank

*module*

`population-bank` — сборка банка `law.population.bank/0.1` из манифеста
материализации `population-bind` и двух закреплённых пакетов-дел сторон
(DECISION-0264 [§7](https://github.com/arxohq/law/blob/master/spec/SPEC.ru/03-part-iii-architecture-and-conformance.ru.md#7-обязательные-компоненты-реализации), трек О).

Оркестрация без семантики: пины сторон считаются тем же путём, которым
`population-impact` открывает сторону (DECISION-0255 [§1](https://github.com/arxohq/law/blob/master/spec/SPEC.ru/01-part-i-audit.ru.md#1-что-сохраняется-без-изменений): пины манифеста и лока,
понижение корня, связанный мир, хэши [§209](https://github.com/arxohq/law/blob/master/spec/SPEC.ru/28-part-xxvii-canonical-legal-ir.ru.md#209-theory-hash-и-artifact-hash), ресурсы лока), строки банка берутся
из манифеста, мера — из файла. Поток, все отказы — до записи:

    → дела сторон против package.files манифеста (POPULATION_BANK_ASSEMBLY_MISMATCH)
    → банк: форма по схеме, самопин              (POPULATION_BANK_ASSEMBLY_INVALID)
    → запись канонических байтов [§208](https://github.com/arxohq/law/blob/master/spec/SPEC.ru/28-part-xxvii-canonical-legal-ir.ru.md#208-canonical-serialization) + перевод строки.
